SPaHR Aims Objective

The aims and objectives of SPAHR shall be to:

1. Promote and uphold professional excellence, ethical conduct, and integrity in public administration and human resources management.

2. Develop and regulate professional standards for practitioners in governance and HR.

3. Facilitate research, training, and dialogue in administrative science and human capital development.

4. Recognize and accredit qualified professionals through membership grades and designations.

5. Serve as a policy and advisory body to government and organizations on issues of leadership, governance, and HR practice.

6. Encourage fellowship, collaboration, and mentorship among professionals in related fields.

7. Uphold the core values of Wisdom, Leadership, and Impact in all institutional activities.
